Description For Sales Engineer

Veracross, a leading provider of SaaS-based School Information Systems, is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join their growing team of 350 employees. The company serves over 3200 schools across 60 countries through five product brands: Veracross SIS, Magnus Health, Digistorm, Epraise, and Firefly.

The role combines technical expertise with sales acumen, requiring the ability to demonstrate products effectively to prospects and customers in the APAC region. The ideal candidate will work closely with Account Executives, managing product demonstrations through Salesforce while maintaining deep technical knowledge of Veracross solutions.

Responsibilities For Sales Engineer

  • Report to Director, Field Sales Operations
  • Schedule and manage product demonstrations through Salesforce
  • Perform product demonstrations to prospects and customers in APAC region
  • Assist in onboarding and training Account Executives
  • Maintain technical understanding of Veracross products
  • Conduct discovery and requirements gathering sessions
  • Provide technical responses to RFPs and RFIs
  • Contribute to webinar presentations

Requirements For Sales Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree (BA)
  • 3+ years experience in enterprise software sales role in SaaS EdTech
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience with software applications and web technologies
  • High empathy and listening skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Salesforce experience required
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
