Responsibilities For Automation Engineer / Automation Engineer 2

  • Manage lifecycle of project-related documents for automation and commissioning activities
  • Develop system-based commissioning schedules
  • Prepare and track vendor management documentation
  • Conduct Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
  • Perform Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
  • Develop and manage Installation Qualification (IQ) protocols
  • Execute Operational Qualification (OQ) protocols
  • Validate Performance Qualification (PQ)
  • Manage change documentation
  • Provide regular project updates
  • Coordinate with C&Q, quality, and engineering teams
  • Liaise with vendors for equipment setup and testing

Requirements For Automation Engineer / Automation Engineer 2

  • Experience working with and programming automated equipment
  • Experience defining requirements, assessing risks, detailed planning
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools
  • 5-10 years experience with project management
  • 7-10 years industry experience
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical skills
