Enterprise Solutions Engineer, Midwest

Verkada, the world's largest cloud-based B2B physical security platform company, is seeking an Enterprise Field Solution Engineer for the Midwest region. This role requires expert experience in Cloud Security, IoT Systems, Networking, Linux systems, Security Surveillance, and Access Control. The ideal candidate will partner with territory account executives to expand Verkada's presence in Fortune 500 companies.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Being the technical authority on Verkada's product suite
2. Overcoming objections and securing technical wins
3. Presenting solutions to all levels of customers, from C-level executives to IT directors
4. Educating partners, customers, and internal employees on Verkada's offerings

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, working with Fortune 500 companies
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or security field
• Strong background in Networking (HTTPS, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, NAT devices, DHCP, Firewalls)

Bonus qualifications include industry certifications (AWS, CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, etc.), experience with Active Directory, SAML/SCIM, APIs, Python, and startup experience.
