Verkada is expanding rapidly in the EMEA region and is seeking a Lead for their Technical Support Engineering team to support their growing base of enterprise customers in the London office. As a member of Technical Support Engineering, you will join a skilled team supporting the entire line of Verkada cloud-managed building security products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Full-stack troubleshooting of the entire Verkada platform
- Providing best practice design, installation, and configuration expertise to enterprise customers
- Communicating technical matters to customers both orally and in writing
- Owning customer issues and escalations from creation to resolution
- Assisting others with case escalations
- Collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to test new products and identify bugs
- Writing technical knowledge base articles and whitepapers
- Staying up to date on the latest products and industry technologies
- Building tools and processes that will scale
- Mentoring and leading junior team members
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical discipline
- 4+ years professional experience in a technical or IT role
- 2-3 years of prior leadership experience
- Strong understanding of network fundamentals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Verkada offers a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £75,000 for this role, along with additional benefits such as medical, vision, & dental insurance coverage, fertility benefits, fitness/wellness allowance, and more.
