The role involves providing technical support to the sales team, becoming a trusted advisor to customers, designing security systems, and creating solutions for unique challenges. Key responsibilities include becoming the technical advisor for decision-makers, engaging with sales managers, leveraging technical knowledge to overcome customer concerns, influencing product direction, collaborating with support teams, and preparing project documentation. Responsibilities For Solutions Engineer
- Become the trusted technical advisor for key decision-makers
- Engage with sales managers to understand deal statuses and next steps
- Leverage technical knowledge to overcome customer barriers and concerns
- Influence product direction with understanding of customer needs
- Collaborate with support to accelerate product improvement
- Work with Project Managers/Operations team members in executing security solutions
- Prepare required project documentation
Requirements For Solutions Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information and Computer Technology, Networking, or IT Security
- Strong background in IT fundamentals
- Outstanding English written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent account management and attention to detail
- Genuine excitement for software and hardware products
- Entrepreneurial and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S (Position does not provide sponsorship)
