Requirements For Technical Support Engineer

  • 1+ year experience in technical support with cloud-based products
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, serverless computing, and databases
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (Shell, Python, Java)
  • Industry certifications related to cloud technologies (preferred)
