Description For Analytics Engineer

Vestiaire Collective, the leading global online marketplace for pre-loved fashion, is seeking an Analytics Engineer to play a central role in their data strategy. Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Paris, Vestiaire Collective has a diverse global team of 700 employees across multiple offices worldwide.

As an Analytics Engineer, you'll be at the heart of data-driven initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to transform raw data into a single source of truth data mart. Your work will directly influence key decisions in growth marketing, product analytics, and business performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and maintaining data pipelines using Airflow, Snowflake, and DBT
  • Developing advanced data models for attribution modeling, user behavior analysis, and A/B testing
  • Collaborating with marketing, product, and tech teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Ensuring scalability and performance of data infrastructure
  • Implementing data quality checks and monitoring systems
  • Innovating with new technologies to enhance data capabilities
  • Assisting in building key dashboards using Tableau

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's/Master's in a relevant field, 2-3 years of experience in analytics engineering, and strong skills in ETL, data warehousing, dataOps, and data modeling. Proficiency in DBT, SQL, Python or R, and experience with cloud data technologies is required.
