Vestiaire Collective, the leading global marketplace for pre-loved fashion, is seeking a Senior Front-end Engineer for their Ho Chi Minh City office. This 6-month contract position (January 2025 - June 2025) offers an exciting opportunity to join a company at the forefront of sustainable fashion.
As part of our Engineering team, you'll work within our Feature teams, focusing on delivering exceptional user experiences. Our platform is built on modern technologies, primarily utilizing Node.js in a cloud environment. You'll be responsible for developing new functionalities for both our website and internal tools, reporting directly to the APAC CTO.
The role demands a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of frontend development experience and deep knowledge of the frontend ecosystem, including React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. You'll be expected to write clean, sustainable code, challenge our current stack, and mentor junior developers while maintaining a strong focus on application performance.

Responsibilities For Front-End Engineer
- Write clean, concise and sustainable code
- Challenge current stack to upgrade platform
- Understand Product team needs to focus on value
- Share experience and skills with junior developers
- Be proactive on the performance side of applications
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Requirements For Front-End Engineer
- 5 years experience in frontend development
- Strong knowledge of FE ecosystem (React, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, WebComponents, Accessibility)
- Ability to analyze big picture, implement and prove solutions
- Strong business sensitivity and understanding of end-user value delivery
- Problem solver with strong communication skills
- Computer science degree or equivalent work experience
- Self-learning ability with web technologies
