Software Engineer Intern

Vestmark, a leading financial technology company, is seeking a Software Engineer Intern to join their Engineering team in developing wealth management applications. This hybrid position, based in Wakefield, MA, requires 3 days per week in the office and is perfect for students majoring in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

The role offers hands-on experience in developing both web-based applications and back-office systems within the VestmarkONE suite of financial services. As an intern, you'll work on portfolio trading, proposal generation, and investor portal features, while collaborating with highly skilled software engineers, implementation specialists, and business strategists.

The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in Java or similar object-oriented languages, experience with MVC patterns, and knowledge of SQL databases. You'll be working in an agile scrum team environment that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
