Design Engineer

As a Design Engineer, you'll work at the intersection of design and engineering, collaborating closely with the design team to create and implement feature enhancements and new user experiences for Vetcove's desktop and mobile applications. You'll be responsible for bringing Figma designs to life with modular, reusable React components and implementing complex interactions using CSS. The ideal candidate has extraordinary attention to detail, loves React and CSS, is passionate about design trends, and has at least 3 years of experience in software development. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product designers on new features
• Implement modular, reusable React components from Figma designs
• Create complex interactions using flexible and performant CSS
• Experiment with animations and micro-interactions
• Bridge front-end logic with design

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• At least 3 years of software development experience
• Experience building production applications using React
• Strong CSS skills
• Passion for design and latest interaction trends
• Portfolio of implemented front-end components or designs
