Staff Software Engineer

Vetcove is transforming the $50B+ animal health industry by providing an innovative eCommerce platform that serves over 17,000 veterinary hospitals across all 50 states. As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll take ownership of major product areas, designing and building tools that help veterinary clinics streamline operations and optimize their supply chains. The role involves working on next-generation medical records systems, real-time analytics platforms processing billions in purchases, and modern ecommerce experiences.

You'll be part of a fast-moving team solving significant challenges in veterinary technology, working across the full stack with technologies like Python, React, and various databases. The position offers the opportunity to make a real impact on an industry that affects millions of animals and their caregivers. You'll lead key initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate across departments to deliver meaningful solutions.

The role requires 8+ years of experience and offers a comprehensive benefits package including full medical coverage, 401k, equity, and remote work flexibility. The compensation is competitive, ranging from $170,000 to $250,000 annually, plus bonus and equity.
