Network Operations Center Engineer

Via is seeking a full-time Network Operations Center Engineer (NOC) to join their monitoring team. The role involves monitoring Via's services and servers, handling incidents quickly and professionally to ensure high-level service availability and performance. Responsibilities include monitoring infrastructure, cloud, servers, applications, operators, drivers, and riders worldwide, managing internal communications, working with R&D teams to resolve complex issues, and implementing timely solutions to customer issues.

Key requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar areas
• 2+ years of experience in troubleshooting and providing Tier 2 support in a SaaS environment
• 2+ years of experience working in a NOC environment
• Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew
• Scripting/Programming knowledge (preferably Python and Bash)
• Experience with investigation querying logs and metrics tools
• Familiarity with Cloud concepts, especially AWS Lambdas and CloudWatch
