Responsibilities For Network Operations Center Engineer (NOC)

  • Monitor and maintain network health around the clock
  • Tackle real-time issues and prevent outages
  • Ensure systems run smoothly
  • Handle incidents quickly and professionally
  • Monitor global infrastructure, including cloud services, servers, applications, and real-time activities
  • Manage internal communications about service degradation and status changes
  • Work with R&D teams to resolve complex issues
  • Implement timely solutions to customer issues and escalate when needed

Requirements For Network Operations Center Engineer (NOC)

Python
  • Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and writing)
  • Background in Computer Science / Engineering / Information Systems or similar areas
  • At least 2 years experience with troubleshooting and providing Tier 2 support / IT Services support in a SaaS environment at a global company
  • Able to work shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Highly service-oriented and empathetic
  • Ability to work under pressure in stressful situations in a Production environment
  • Great sense of urgency to identify and triage incidents quickly
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Scripting/Programming knowledge (preferably Python and Bash)
