Responsibilities For Partner Engineer

  • Take on tier 2 role to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
  • Partner with R&D, Partner Success, and Operations teams to resolve partner escalations
  • Investigate support trends and issues using various tools
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
  • Develop and maintain documentation of support processes and solutions
  • Monitor and analyze support trends for process improvements

Requirements For Partner Engineer

Python
Linux
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 1+ year experience in technical product management, technical support, solutions engineering, or software engineering
  • Programming and scripting skills in Python & Bash
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Experience with Linux and advanced troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience with Cloud & SaaS environments (AWS, Jenkins, Coralogix, SQL)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
