Responsibilities For Technical Support Engineer

  • Serve as the primary technical resource for partners, diagnosing and resolving complex issues
  • Develop and maintain meticulous documentation of support processes, frequently encountered issues, and tailored solutions
  • Partner closely with R&D, Partner Success, and Operations teams to resolve partner escalations
  • Monitor and analyze support trends and issues to identify opportunities for process improvements and proactive measures

Requirements For Technical Support Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical product management, technical support, solutions engineering, software engineering or related role
  • Familiarity with programming and scripting (Python & Bash) for management and automation tasks
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Hands-on experience with different operating systems, specifically Linux, and advanced troubleshooting techniques
  • Experience working in Cloud & SaaS environments utilizing AWS, Jenkins, Coralogix, SQL
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
