Responsibilities For Research Data Engineer

  • Design, maintain, and optimize data models to create robust, research-ready datasets
  • Harmonize and standardize variables, ensuring consistent naming conventions
  • Build and refine ETL processes using SQL and Python
  • Partner with research teams to understand study protocols and data requirements
  • Develop custom dashboards and interactive visualizations
  • Create and maintain comprehensive data dictionaries and metadata standards
  • Conduct periodic data quality checks and audits

Requirements For Research Data Engineer

Python
  • Master's or Ph.D. in relevant field or equivalent professional experience
