Viseven Group, a prominent B2B MarTech service provider established in 2009, specializes in empowering Pharma and LifeScience companies with comprehensive end-to-end software and digital marketing services. With over 700 professionals and a presence in more than 30 countries across the US, LATAM, Europe, and APAC, Viseven is seeking a HelpDesk Engineer to join their dynamic team.

The role offers an opportunity to work with a company whose solutions are utilized by the top 100 Pharma and Life Science companies. As a HelpDesk Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and supporting various IT systems, from OS management to network configuration. You'll work with a diverse tech stack including Windows, Linux, and macOS, while providing crucial support to users across different locations.

This position is perfect for someone with strong technical skills in system administration, particularly in Windows Server, Azure, and network management. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both UNIX and Windows environments, possess excellent troubleshooting abilities, and have strong communication skills in Polish and English.

Responsibilities For HelpDesk Engineer

  • Installation, configuration, OS support of Windows, Linux, macOS with iOS tablets and phones
  • Installing required software
  • Support of IP telephony hardware configuration
  • Repair of PCs and laptops
  • Local network laying, configuration, maintenance
  • User's workplace preparation
  • Manage user's accounts
  • Setting office equipment
  • Local and remote support to users from different locations
  • Selection and ordering of hardware and components
  • Consulting and training of users
  • Mentoring of Junior specialists in team

Requirements For HelpDesk Engineer

Linux
  • Windows Server setup, understanding forest architecture, AD, DNS, RDP
  • Azure Settings, Azure AD
  • Knowledge of postal services
  • Excellent knowledge of PC components
  • Ability to work with logs, debug error report
  • Troubleshooting at software level
  • Working in UNIX shell, basic commands
  • Working in CMD Windows, basic commands
  • Knowledge of IP telephony
  • Working with ACS at administrator level
  • Polish - upper-Intermediate to Native
  • English - Intermediate to Advanced
  • Ukrainian will be a plus
