Responsibilities For Manufacturing Engineer- Instrument

  • Execute manufacturing process transfer from R&D to cGMP environment
  • Design manufacturing processes and conduct process development activities
  • Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigations for tech transfer
  • Interface with Engineering teams for manufacturing and inventory control
  • Establish and maintain cGMP manufacturing processes
  • Lead validation activities for equipment, facilities, and processes
  • Create and maintain cGMP manufacturing documentation
  • Support creation of Standard Operating Procedures
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis of manufacturing failures
  • Drive Continuous Improvement in manufacturing

Requirements For Manufacturing Engineer- Instrument

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM
  • 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in Diagnostics or Medical Device industries
  • Critical thinking and analytical reasoning skills
  • Experience with manufacturing of reagents, consumables, and instruments for IVDs
  • Knowledge of cGMP processes
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
