Responsibilities For Senior Verification and Validation Engineer
- Take ownership of design verification and validation activities
- Work with R&D and engineering teams to analyze hardware and system-level requirements
- Plan task execution and ensure stakeholder buy-in
- Complete documentation for regulatory submissions
- Provide early testing feedback through exploratory techniques
- Design and develop manual and automated test tools
- Use reliability and quality engineering methods (DFMEA, life data analysis)
- Assess product hazards and devise verification tests
- Participate in design reviews
- Track product defects and perform regression testing
- Assist with manufacturing transfer
- Manage test equipment calibration and inspection
Requirements For Senior Verification and Validation Engineer
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or equivalent
- 10+ years of related experience
- 2+ years of professional experience in new product development
- Experience in regulated industry (medical, automotive, aerospace)
- Expertise with electrical test and measurement equipment
- Advanced level analytical programming (Python, Matlab)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with high level of autonomy
