Responsibilities For Software Engineer in Test
- Design, build and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for functional, integration, regression and performance testing
- Collaborate with teams to create detailed test plans and test cases
- Work with DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Perform manual testing for complex scenarios
- Identify and document software defects
- Participate in code reviews
- Analyze test results and generate reports
- Identify opportunities for test automation and process improvements
Requirements For Software Engineer in Test
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in software development or test automation
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages (Java preferred)
- Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Appium, Maven, Gradle, Cucumber)
- Familiarity with CI tools and version control systems
