VMware by Broadcom is seeking a VCF Support Account Manager (VCF SAM) to join their team. This role is a Level 3 Technical Support Engineer position in the VCF Division, responsible for resolving customer technical issues. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of industry experience in the Virtualization domain and be passionate about learning new technology and solving complex problems for customers.

This position is based out of VMware by Broadcom's Bangalore office and requires working Friday to Tuesday with flexibility to work in any shift (including PST). The team is part of a 24x7 support structure, demonstrating work flexibility to meet customer contractual requirements.
