You'll be part of an autonomous squad of 30 professionals within the Engineering & Data team, working alongside top-tier engineers and data scientists, including 3 Kaggle Masters. The Ad-Network Team focuses on direct monetization through advertising partnerships, utilizing advanced technological solutions in a real-time bidding environment.
Your role will be crucial in developing and maintaining ML systems at scale, focusing on high-performance model deployment and optimization. You'll work on implementing robust monitoring systems, ensuring model accuracy and performance while managing concept drift. The position requires expertise in Python, CI/CD for ML, and experience with high-RPS model inference.

Responsibilities For Senior ML Engineer
- Develop and maintain a CI/CD framework for model training, validation, and deployment
- Design and architect scalable, reliable, and maintainable ML systems
- Implement A/B testing for continuous improvement
- Optimize ML models for production with high throughput and low latency
- Implement robust monitoring for model performance, accuracy, and latency
- Track concept drift and data drift using monitoring tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful ML solutions
Requirements For Senior ML Engineer
- 5/6+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or similar role
- Experience with ML inference at high RPS
- CI/CD for ML: Automating model training, testing, deployment workflows
- Monitoring & Observability skills for infrastructure and model performance
- Strong Python Skills for scripting and ML pipeline orchestration
- Optimization for Low-Latency Inference expertise
