Senior Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer at Voxy, you'll be at the forefront of innovation in language learning technology. Your role will involve:

• Building a revamped, best-in-class activity framework
• Incorporating AI, NLP, and Machine Learning into multi-learner/teacher activities
• Architecting and documenting software solutions for the learner-facing team
• Producing well-instrumented, testable code deployable without downtime
• Mentoring other engineers and proposing organization-wide standards
• Collaborating with teams using the frameworks you build

The ideal candidate should have:

• 5+ years of experience as a software developer
• Python programming experience
• Proficiency in Applied Machine Learning
• Knowledge of technologies and architectural patterns across the entire stack
• Pragmatism in scaling solutions
• Ability to design data models using advanced SQL/NoSQL/ORM's

Additional desirable skills include experience with Django Rest Framework and/or FastAPI, and a B.S. or higher in computer science or related field.
