The position requires a licensed Professional Engineer with 10-15 years of experience in civil or environmental engineering.

You'll be responsible for everything from technical planning to construction support, working on various water and wastewater treatment projects. The position offers a flexible hybrid-remote work schedule after 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities For Process Engineer

  • Provide technical planning, biological process and mechanical design for water treatment projects
  • Prepare engineering calculations and run process models
  • Prepare design reports and construction plans for treatment plants
  • Prepare specifications and permit submittals
  • Monitor task budget and progress
  • Conduct on-site inspections and technical guidance
  • Prepare project status reports
  • Assist in proposal preparation
  • Attend client, public, and project meetings
  • Maintain client relations
  • Participate in professional organizations
  • Publish and present papers at conferences

Requirements For Process Engineer

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
  • 5-10 years of related experience
  • Experience with large-scale piping, valve, pumping systems, and treatment technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment facilities
  • Experience in conventional activated sludge wastewater treatment
  • Experience in sales efforts for large scale projects
