Wade Trim is a well-established engineering firm with nearly a century of experience in solving complex infrastructure challenges. We are seeking a Process Engineer/Client Services Manager to join our Water Team in our Buford/Atlanta office. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on critical water and wastewater infrastructure projects while being part of an employee-owned company.

The position combines technical expertise with client management, requiring a licensed Professional Engineer with extensive experience in water/wastewater treatment facilities. You'll be responsible for leading complex projects, from technical planning and design to implementation and client relationship management.

Responsibilities For Process Engineer/Client Services Manager

  • Provide technical planning, biological process and mechanical design
  • Prepare engineering calculations and run process models
  • Prepare design reports and construction plans
  • Prepare/assist with specifications and permit submittals
  • Monitor task budget and progress
  • Conduct on-site inspections and technical guidance
  • Prepare project status reports
  • Assist in proposal preparation
  • Attend client, public, project and staff meetings
  • Maintain client relations
  • Publish and present papers at conferences

Requirements For Process Engineer/Client Services Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • Licensed Professional Engineer required
  • 12+ years of related experience
  • Experience with water/wastewater treatment plants
  • Demonstrated knowledge of water and wastewater treatment facilities
  • Experience developing detailed design plans for treatment projects
  • Expertise in conventional activated sludge wastewater treatment
  • Strong written and verbal skills
