This role sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence and digital transformation, focusing on enhancing WalkMe's revolutionary runtime engine that serves hundreds of millions of users.
The position offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technology, specifically integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into WalkMe's core products. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing advanced algorithms for GUI perception, working on both client and server-side solutions. A particular focus will be on localizing services and algorithms for the Japanese market, requiring strong expertise in both Japanese and English languages.
As an Algorithms Engineer, you'll lead the full R&D lifecycle, from problem definition through to deployment, while working with structured and unstructured data to create sophisticated algorithmic solutions. This role reports to the Director of R&D in Tel Aviv, offering exposure to international collaboration and innovation.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical credentials with a degree in Computer Sciences or Engineering, combined with fluency in Japanese and professional English skills. Experience with modern web technologies, cloud architectures, and machine learning is highly valued.
