WalkMe, the pioneer of the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their team. This role, also known as a Solution Consultant or Pre-sales Consultant, is crucial in the sales process. You'll provide expert knowledge on WalkMe's DAP, aligning customer business goals with platform capabilities.
As a Sales Engineer, you'll:
- Discover customer needs and demonstrate WalkMe as the best solution
- Communicate value to C-level executives and lead technical discussions with IT
- Contribute to "Go To Market" strategies and collaborate with GTM teams
- Conduct demos, workshops, and custom Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs
- Support marketing events as a speaker
The ideal candidate has:
- Success in solution engineering or enterprise software delivery
- Strong SaaS experience
- Excellent communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Quick learning ability for new technologies
- Fluency in German and English
