Requirements For Manager, Facilities Maintenance Operations

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years' experience OR 5 years' experience in facilities management
  • General Facilities Services / Overall Building Maintenance Experience – 3-5 years
  • Electrical, plumbing, and mechanical experience
