Responsibilities For Manager, Global Payroll
- Facilitate weekly & biweekly payroll activities including issue resolution
- Participate in testing system enhancements and regulatory updates
- Adapt to new challenges impacting payroll
- Work collaboratively across functions to achieve enterprise objectives
- Identify and solution customer and operational needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements For Manager, Global Payroll
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, IT, or related area and 1 year experience OR 3 years experience in business, HR, IT, or related area
- Payroll operational experience (preferably large employer with multi-state presence)
- SAP Payroll knowledge (preferred)
- Financial acumen with research and analysis abilities
- Collaborative and cross-functional work abilities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
