Responsibilities For Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics, Brand Portal - Global Marketplace and eCommerce Compliance

  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with brand owners and third-party sellers in the US and globally
  • Triage support tickets, troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate the implementation of new features
  • Develop and define monitoring standards to mitigate compliance risks associated with IP tools
  • Work cross functionally with IP team, risk operations team, legal, product and engineering
  • Drive efforts to improve proactive monitoring tools

Requirements For Manager, Specialty Compliance and Ethics, Brand Portal - Global Marketplace and eCommerce Compliance

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area
  • 2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge in intellectual property and common concerns shared by rights owners
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the e-commerce industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in intellectual property, risk management, policy enforcement, brand protection or legal operations
