Description For Manager, Strategic Account Management – International Seller Marketplace

Join Walmart, the Fortune #1 company, as a Manager, Strategic Account Manager for International Seller Marketplace. This role focuses on driving GMV sales growth for Walmart's e-commerce marketplaces by providing strategic guidance to cross-border Sellers. You'll be responsible for building trust through win-win relationships with third-party Sellers, driving engagement and adoption of growth-driving programs like Walmart Fulfilment Services (WFS), Walmart Connect (WMC), and Ship With Walmart (SWW).

The position requires a strong background in business development and e-commerce, with responsibilities including managing a book of business, developing partnerships with key decision-makers, overseeing seller onboarding, and driving platform adoption. You'll work closely with international markets and cross-functional teams to execute Walmart's cross-border trade e-commerce strategy.

The ideal candidate should be seller-obsessed, relationship-driven, and have a proven track record in developing partnerships and delivering exceptional results. Experience in eCommerce Marketplaces or SaaS solutions is essential, and knowledge of cross-border or international ecommerce is valuable. Spanish or Mandarin language skills are a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management
  • Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Detail and results-oriented with sense of urgency
