- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 7 years experience, or 9 years experience without degree
- 4 years supervisory experience
- Experience in building and leading scalable GenAI initiatives
- 10 years experience in requirements gathering and communication
- 8 years experience in business consulting and analysis
- Strong experience in building high-performing product teams
- Experience in building data products leveraging AI/ML for fraud and compliance
