Responsibilities For Senior Manager, Facilities Management - HVAC Asset Strategy
- Work with cross functional team to drive HVAC asset strategy
- Coordinate enterprise-wide HVAC asset end-of-life replacement strategy
- Work on asset lifecycle process improvement and developing asset replacement strategies
- Identify and develop data centric products for asset decision making
- Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects
- Maintain relationships and support internal stakeholders
- Ensure business needs are being met by evaluating current plans and programs
Requirements For Senior Manager, Facilities Management - HVAC Asset Strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 4 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 6 years' experience
- Experience in data analytics and using data to drive critical business decisions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
