Responsibilities For Senior Manager, Global Payroll
- Partner with internal Payroll Services teams for day-to-day excellence and continuous improvement
- Engage and collaborate with external Business Partners to strategize process improvement initiatives
- Support current Payroll system modernization enterprise project through process improvement
Requirements For Senior Manager, Global Payroll
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, IT, or related area and 3 years experience OR 5 years experience in business, HR, IT, or related area
- Process Improvement experience
- Payroll operational experience
- Project Management experience
- SAP Payroll knowledge (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
