Walmart Connect, a key division of America's largest retailer, is seeking a Senior Manager of Operations to join their Strategy team. This role serves as the strategic right-hand to the Strategy Group Director, focusing on defining long-term strategy for the US advertising business. The position involves high-level strategy development, financial planning, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive strategic business initiatives, manage team operations, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities For Senior Manager, Operations
- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution
- Review, design and execute improvements to organization structure
- Define and manage organizational strategy and roadmap
- Manage & facilitate Strategy team rhythm of the business
- Lead budget planning and financial management
- Lead development, implementation and tracking of Strategy workforce planning
- Lead cross-functional teams, influence outcomes and drive accountability
- Determine key performance indicators and measure team performance
- Build positive relationships across the organization at all levels
Requirements For Senior Manager, Operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field
- 5 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area
- 1 year's supervisory experience
- Experience with data, financial analysis and budget management
- Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Project management skills and experience
- Relevant professional digital media experience in advertising, operations, insights or chief of staff roles
