Responsibilities For Senior Manager, Portfolio Management (Property Dispositions)
- Assess portfolio of properties and identify opportunities to dispose of excess land & buildings
- Asset manage income producing property
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain property listings on the Walmart Realty website
- Prepare materials and present projects to committee for approval
- Manage brokers to negotiate deal terms
- Manage portfolio disposition database
- Promote and support company policies and procedures
Requirements For Senior Manager, Portfolio Management (Property Dispositions)
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field and 3 years' experience in real estate, retail development, tenant representation, or related area OR 5 years' experience in real estate
- 2 years' experience in property management
- Strong negotiation skills
- Project management experience
