  • Lead and oversee the work of a team of 4-5 data analysts
  • Oversee sprint planning management
  • Build Alert-based monitoring and reporting
  • Write scripts to track operational performance
  • Design and build reports, scorecards to support all GMEC functions
  • Develop analytical frameworks and turn complex data sets into clear insights
  • Build and tune machine learning prototypes and models
  • Run database queries and deep dive analysis
  • Generate reports and presentations for stakeholders
  • Maintain code, scripts, jobs, and data within the cloud environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area

  • Experience coding and developing in Python, R, or other object-oriented languages
