Staff, Data Scientist – Conversational AI

Walmart's Cortex Team is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to join their core A.I. conversational platform team. This role focuses on developing cutting-edge Natural Language Understanding (NLU) services that power Walmart's personal assistants, including voice shopping and customer care channels. The ideal candidate will work on improving conversational AI capabilities, taking into account full conversational context and multi-modal interactions. They will be responsible for developing and optimizing ML models, working with both classical and deep learning approaches, and implementing production-grade solutions.
