Responsibilities For Staff, Technical Program Manager - Global Technology
- Define goals, deliverables, schedules, and critical paths for managing multiple medium- to high-complexity programs
- Independently secure commitment from teams involved and manages dependencies
- Apply technical understanding and judgement in developing end-to-end delivery plans for complex solutions
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of multiple projects against approved milestones
- Identify key risks and impacts to develop mitigation plans
- Develop consistent data-driven approaches and decision-making frameworks
Requirements For Staff, Technical Program Manager - Global Technology
- 7+ years of Agile mindset and delivery of managing programs and projects using Scrum and Kanban
- Organization around deliverables using software system such as Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
- Capacity Management expertise over multiple software development teams
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related area and 5 years' experience
- Willingness to always learn and grow as an individual and team member
