Responsibilities For (USA) Manager, Facilities Maintenance
- Oversee multiple projects by defining scope of work and project objectives
- Lead team and oversee many stores
- Assemble management plans
- Track changes to plans and ensure resolution of critical issues
- Manage governance of project plans
- Monitor budgets and costs for projects
- Deliver presentations, status reports, and other project documentation to stakeholders
Requirements For (USA) Manager, Facilities Maintenance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, Management, or related field and 4 years' experience in facilities management, construction management, engineering, or related field OR 6 years' experience in facilities management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in managing project budgets
