Responsibilities For (USA) Senior Manager, Data Science
- Manage a team of data science and machine learning engineers
- Develop and deploy traditional data science and Gen AI applications
- Build models using massive amounts of Walmart data
- Drive execution of developing models and systems
- Communicate and collaborate with clients and peer teams
- Work with data scientists to design AI/ML/DL models
- Work with machine learning engineers to deploy scalable solutions
Requirements For (USA) Senior Manager, Data Science
- Experience in NLP, LLM, Timeseries, Traditional ML techniques
- Experience in data science and machine learning for retail & e-commerce
- Experience managing a mid-size internal team of data scientists and MLEs
- Experience leading cross-functional projects
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
- Bachelors degree in relevant field with 5 years experience or Masters with 3 years experience or 7 years experience in analytics
