The position focuses on driving observability, automation, and scalability for conversational Enterprise Knowledge Q&A and self-service action experiences. The team has already developed impressive solutions including a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) based knowledge Q&A system, next-generation agentic system for HR transactions, and text-to-SQL analytics capabilities. You'll be instrumental in expanding these capabilities while ensuring system transparency and streamlining processes.

Key technical requirements include deep expertise in Python, cloud platforms (Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, Kafka, and ML pipelines. The role demands both technical leadership - through code reviews and architectural design - and collaborative skills, working across product, science, and engineering teams.
