Description For Full-Stack Software Engineer (2+ years experience: International-Americas)

Wanderlog is an innovative travel planning platform founded in 2019 by twin brothers Peter Xu and Harry Yu. The company has developed the top-ranked trip planner on iOS and Android, helping millions of travelers monthly plan and organize their journeys. The engineering-driven team consists of 8 members, including 7 engineers from prestigious institutions and 1 designer.

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you'll be integral to building and improving various aspects of the product. The role involves working with a modern tech stack including TypeScript, React, React Native, and Node.js. You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects like AI-powered tools, hotel booking interfaces, and mobile app optimization.

The company culture emphasizes work-life balance, with regular hours and twice-annual travel offsites. They value putting travelers first, end-to-end product ownership, and moving fast while being strategic about development. The team is self-sustaining and default-alive, offering a stable yet dynamic environment for growth.

The position offers competitive compensation between $80K-$130K plus equity (0.10%-0.25%), and while remote, requires overlap with Americas timezones. The hiring process includes an asynchronous programming challenge, coding interviews, and a full-day virtual onsite. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who are passionate about travel and want to make a meaningful impact in the travel technology space.
