Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and defining the technical vision for key systems
  • Writing clean, optimized, and reusable code
  • Delivering work following established standards and best practices
  • Creating comprehensive technical design documents
  • Mentoring junior engineers
  • Collaborating with music industry stakeholders and colleagues globally

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • At least 6 years of experience as a Software Engineer
  • Ability to drive optimal design and implementation of complex technical systems
  • Strong coding skills with a focus on maintainability and optimization
  • Experience writing technical designs for complex systems
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Empathetic team player with effective communication skills

Salary Range: $146,250 - $192,450 a year
