Staff Machine Learning Engineer

As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer in our Vancouver office, you'll lead engineering efforts within our Science team. You'll collaborate closely with our research team to develop, integrate, test, and scale cutting-edge algorithms, tools, and machine learning solutions for autonomous driving. Your work will directly enhance the efficacy and efficiency of our models and iteration speed, bringing innovative research ideas to life faster than ever before.

You'll tackle some of the world's hardest problems in new ways, working on:

• Designing and implementing end-to-end neural networks for autonomous driving
• Rapidly prototyping and iterating on novel machine learning models
• Optimizing models for efficiency and performance in real-world scenarios
• Developing robust ML tools and infrastructure to accelerate R&D
• Building metrics and dashboards for progress insights
• Evaluating emerging technologies to drive innovation
• Ensuring high-quality training data through advanced visualization and analysis
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions
