The role combines technical expertise with business process optimization, focusing on designing and implementing automation solutions across our enterprise systems. You'll be working within the Security Engineering function, collaborating with various teams including IAM, Infrastructure Security, and Risk & Compliance.
As an IT Automation Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining integrations between critical business systems, creating custom solutions, and ensuring data integrity across platforms. The position requires expertise in system integration technologies, strong programming skills (JavaScript, Python), and experience with enterprise software platforms.

Responsibilities For IT Automation Engineer
- Manage system integrations, data flows, and custom development between business applications
- Lead development of custom solutions within enterprise systems
- Develop custom applications, scripts, and automations
- Ensure data consistency and integrity across systems
- Maintain and manage APIs and middleware solutions
- Act as primary point of contact for system integration issues
- Use ticketing system for tracking issues and support
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure data consistency
- Ensure integrations adhere to security protocols
Requirements For IT Automation Engineer
- Expertise in system integration technologies (Workato, Zapier, Boomi)
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript and Python, specifically with Slack and Google Cloud
- Experience with ERP, HRIS, CRM or other enterprise software platforms
- Familiarity with data architecture, data governance, and security best practices
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Adaptable to all situations and willing to assist team members
