You'll be responsible for how Webflow engineers build, test, and deliver value to our customers. This year, we have exciting opportunities to help drastically reduce cycle time by 50% or more for Webflow engineers!
As a DevOps Engineer, Delivery Loop, you'll: • Participate in implementation and maintenance of Webflow's build system, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. • Contribute to the configuration and management of multiple development environments, providing guidance to ensure consistency across teams and environments. • Collaborate in defining and enforcing development processes and best practices to improve efficiency and quality throughout the software development lifecycle. • Contribute to the deployment strategy for production environments, implementing robust rollback mechanisms and monitoring solutions. • Collaborate with software engineering teams to optimize application performance and resource utilization in pre-production environments. • Stay current with emerging DevOps trends and technologies, participate in evaluating and implementing new tools to enhance the development workflow.
You'll thrive as a DevOps Engineer, Delivery Loop, if you: • Have 2-5 years of experience deploying and managing large-scale Node.js applications in production environments, utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services. • Possess a good understanding of cloud-native services like AWS. • Have a general understanding of how CI/CD pipelines can be tailored for Node.js projects, integrating automated testing and deployment processes. • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you can apply your past experience to drive continuous improvement and innovation in the development and deployment workflows. • Are passionate about sharing your knowledge and mentoring team members to foster a culture of learning and excellence within the DevOps team. • Possess a proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities to optimize processes, enhance system reliability, and improve the overall efficiency of the development and deployment lifecycle. • Have familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Pulumi for managing cloud resources. • Have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing support and guidance on DevOps practices.
