This role focuses on developing how Webflow renders and models site data, including HTML Elements and Components. The position offers a competitive salary range of $132,050 - $207,100 USD, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to work remotely.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in web frameworks and products, with expertise in Node.js, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL. You'll be responsible for building new Element and Component capabilities, supporting full-stack internal renderer frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities For Senior Fullstack Engineer
- Collaborate with designers, PMs, and engineers to plan and build product capabilities
- Build, document, and test production code that impacts all Webflow customers
- Participate in engineering activities including technical design, implementation, testing, validation, and releasing
- Solve problems in a highly technical platform
- Tackle complex technical challenges on a collaborative and geographically distributed team
Requirements For Senior Fullstack Engineer
- 5+ years of experience shipping features and products, with focus on web frameworks
- Interest in Web Platform, visual development, and building software frameworks
- Ability to debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack
- Deep understanding of data design and modeling
- Experience with Node.js, React, TypeScript, GraphQL, AWS Lambdas
- Experience with framework development and server-rendering complex React applications at scale
- Comfortable working in an agile environment
