Senior Solutions Engineer

Webflow, a leading Website Experience Platform (WXP), is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join their team in a remote capacity. This role is crucial in helping Corporate (Mid-Market) customers understand and implement Webflow's powerful platform capabilities.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $138,000 to $194,000 USD, depending on location, along with comprehensive benefits including equity, healthcare, and wellness programs. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you'll be at the intersection of technical expertise and customer success, requiring 3+ years of SaaS technical pre-sales experience.

Your primary responsibilities will include guiding customers through the evaluation process, ensuring Webflow meets their business objectives and technical requirements. You'll work closely with Account Executives to conduct deep discovery sessions, design solutions, and develop compelling business cases. The role requires someone who can effectively demonstrate the platform's benefits and influence product direction by representing the customer voice.
