This role combines machine learning expertise with customer success, working with leading ML/GenAI teams across multiple industries. You'll help implement ML pipelines, ensure smooth customer onboarding, and influence product development through customer feedback.
The position offers an opportunity to work with sophisticated ML teams solving complex problems in computer vision, robotics, NLP, and LLMs. As a Solutions Engineer, you'll be the primary technical knowledge source for customers, collaborating with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to drive customer success post-sales.
The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience, strong Python skills, and knowledge of deep learning frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms, Linux/Unix, and excellent communication skills are essential. Additional valuable skills include experience with GenAI, LLMs, and MLOps tools.
